About
I'm a Bioinformatics postdoc . My PhD was in genome assembly and algorithm optimization for prokaryotes and complex heterozygous eukaryotic microbes. I have cracked various range of microbes such as cyanobacteria, fungi, oomycetes, Lactobacillus, Leishmania donovani. I have strong knowledge in genomics, Rnaseq analysis, long reads sequencing technologies. In future i would like to extend my research on epigenetics as well.

Other than my research i like to stay active. I like to run marathons, hike, snowshoe, skii, play volleyball and badminton. I am also an amateur at skating. other than that i like to travel. I have traveled exclusively in Nepal, three times. I have more love for Himalayan mountains and hiking trails .
